Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk or lite coconut milk
½ avocado
1 cup (165g) frozen mango
1 teaspoon Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
Optional: kiwi or any other fruits
Method
- Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the matcha shake into two large glasses. Add the coconut milk and combine it with a straw to create gorgeous swirls of colour. Relax, sip and enjoy!
